On January 24, 2008 the THECB (Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board) met in plenary session in Austin. The Board's Advisory Council recommendation to certify BHCTI's two doctoral degrees: (DMin and PhD) was approved unanimously, bringing to completion the initial certification process of all degrees offered by B. H. Carroll Theological Institute. |
