The New Horizons Campaign is a planned capital funds campaign that will help Carroll accomplish its mission:

B.H. Carroll theological Institute is a graduate level, community of faith and learning, dedicated to equipping men and women called to serve Christ in the diverse and global ministries of his church.

To help accomplish our mission, adequate financing is essential for growth, stability and continued success.


The New Horizons Capital Campaign has three objectives:
  • to broadcast the B.H. Carroll mission
  • to provide sound, Biblical theological training, and
  • to lay a strong financial foundation for the future
The New Horizons Capital Campaign is well-organized in three phases:
  • the Preparatory Phase: January 1 - August 31, 2008
  • the Public Phase: September 1 - December 31, 2008, and
  • the Follow-Up Phase: January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2010
The Carroll faculty and staff and Board of Governors have fully endorsed the New Horizons Campaign. In fact, the entire Carroll faculty and staff have made three-year prayer and financial campaign commitments!
